April 2019 Update Regarding Green Belt on Quincy/Tollroad

Dear Melshire Residents,

I have attached an updated tree analysis on the Oncor land. I am hopeful we can work on a maintenance agreement between the City of Dallas, NTTA and Oncor to retain and care for these trees moving forward.
